RENTAL RULES
TERMS USED
Lessor — the person who rents out the car.
Lessee — the person who rents the car.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
When handing over the car, you must present a valid driving license with at least 3 years driving experience + Moldova ID card (minimum age: 21 years).
GUARANTEE / DEPOSIT
The guarantee is a monetary sum held for the duration of the rental contract. If the car is returned without damage, the full amount will be refunded (the amount varies depending on the car brand).
Rental payment and guarantee are made on the day of signing the rental contract.
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
If the car is involved in a traffic accident during the rental period, you must immediately notify your manager!
I. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
The Lessee undertakes to:

Use the car according to its purpose, in compliance with technical standards and traffic rules, as well as the provisions of this contract;

Not use the car for transporting or towing other vehicles;
- 03
Not drive the car under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances;
- 04
Use the car exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. If the Lessee wishes to leave the RM or enter the PMR territory, they must notify the Lessor in advance and obtain consent;

Return the car at the expiration of the term specified in the contract, in the same condition, taking into account normal wear and tear;
- 06
Not use the car as a TAXI or for driving instruction;
- 07
Not participate in car races, sports competitions or testing;
- 08
Not exceed the maximum speed — 90 km/h in the city and 130 km/h outside. If the 130 km/h limit is exceeded 3 times, the Lessor has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, without refund;
- 09
Not make the car available to third parties (for a fee or free of charge) without the Lessor’s consent.
